How long does consolidation take?
Once all your parcels arrive at our warehouse, consolidation and repacking takes 1–2 business days. We notify you by email when the combined shipment is ready to go.
Is DDP (duties & taxes included) available?
Yes. For most shipments to Canada and the US, we offer DDP lanes where duties and taxes are included in your shipping rate. Select ‘DDP’ when choosing your carrier — no surprise customs bills at delivery.
How many orders can I consolidate?
No limit. Consolidate 2, 10, or 50 orders into one shipment. The more you consolidate, the more you save on per-parcel costs.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Every parcel is inspected on arrival. If something is damaged or incorrect, we photograph it and alert you immediately — so you can return or replace it before it ships internationally.
